Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content creation and brand storytelling efforts. You will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across various platforms to strengthen MATE’s brand identity and connect with our target audience — from clients and partners to design enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our brand values and business goals
  • Create, manage, and publish high-quality content (text, image, and video) for our website, social media, newsletters, and press releases
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and leadership to gather input and turn projects into compelling stories
  • Oversee the content calendar and ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on insights and KPIs
  • Manage external creatives (photographers, videographers, copywriters) when needed
  • Stay updated on trends in design, architecture, and content marketing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content management, copywriting, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g. WordPress), social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Affinity with interior design, architecture, or luxury brands is a strong plus
